Where It All Began

Ryan had lots of fun at the meet and greet. He got to spend some time with the kids and parents of the Pisiquid Canoe Club, as well as family and friends and had some photos taken on the water and at the club during the event. Below you will find an article from the Hants Journal and pictures of the event at, which Ryan, also received a plaque from the Province of Nova Scotia, Town of Windsor and Hants West Municipality in recognition of his accomplishments. He also, received a signed photo from the Pisiquid athletes to be kept on the inside wall of the canoe club and a plaque that will be kept on the outside wall at the Canoe Club. Ryan himself presented the club with a Canadian flag with the Canoe/Kayak Canada Olympic  athletes signatures and a Pisiquid singlet signed by the Canoe/Kayak Canada Olympic athletes as well.
