Ryan had a new partner for this weekend’s national team trials 2 in Welland, Ontario, which also determined the world championship team. Ryan and his new k2 200m partner Richard Dober Jr., had a tough battle to obtain wins in 2 very close races with their teammates/friends (Étienne Morneau and Hugues Fournel) to guarantee them the spot for senior k2 200m that will compete in Duisburg, Germany from August 27 to September 1 at the World Championships. Ryan and Richard may also be racing the k1 200m relay.
