I would like to take this time to give everyone a quick update on my results at the 2014 Canadian National Sprint Championships in Regina this past week.  With K2 Partner Pierre-Luc Poulin we won gold in both the K2 200m and K2 500m events and a solid 4th place in the k2 1000m. In the k2 200m we set a new canadian record breaking the old record which was mine previously too. I also, won gold in the K1 200m making it my first ever gold medal in a k1 event at Nationals and making it a triple gold medal nationals.
